By booking a styling service with Em Styling You, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Appointments
All styling services must be booked in advance.
Appointments are confirmed once a booking has been made and any required payment has been received.
Discovery calls are complimentary and offered as a general consultation only.
2. Payments
Payment is required prior to the commencement of your styling service unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods will be outlined at the time of booking.
Payment methods accepted:
PayID
Bank transfer (EFT)
Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of your booking or a cancellation fee.
4. Styling Outcomes
Personal styling is a collaborative process.
While guidance, education, and recommendations are provided, results may vary based on personal preferences, body type, lifestyle, and availability of garments.
Em Styling You does not guarantee specific outcomes or purchases.
5. Purchases & Retailers
Any clothing or accessory purchases made during or after a styling session are the responsibility of the client.
Em Styling You is not affiliated with retailers unless stated otherwise.
6. Digital Products & Look books
Any digital materials provided (including lookbooks or styling resources) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
7. Health & Wellbeing
Styling services do not replace medical, psychological, or health advice.
Clients are responsible for making decisions that suit their personal circumstances.
8. Privacy
All personal information shared during the styling process is kept confidential and handled in accordance with privacy obligations.
